Exhale into light, Beautify your life

Meet Your Breathwork Facilitator

Jodi Webster

I came to breathwork not as a professional, but as someone searching for answers. In a season of my life marked by health challenges, stress, and a dysregulated nervous system, I knew something deeper needed to shift. I wasn’t just looking for temporary relief, I was looking for a way to truly feel calm, safe, and at home in my body again.

That search led me to my first trauma-informed breathwork session. I remember feeling nervous, unsure of what to expect, and even a little scared to open myself up to the experience. But what I found on the other side was nothing short of life-changing. For the first time in a long time, I felt a sense of release, clarity, and connection to my body that I didn’t know was possible.

That moment became a turning point. Through consistent breathwork, I began to understand how deeply the nervous system impacts our health, emotions, and overall well-being. I experienced firsthand how intentional breathing can help regulate the body, process stored stress, and create space for healing.

This work changed my life and that’s why I felt called to become a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator. Now, my mission is to hold safe, supportive spaces for others who may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode. I guide individuals back to their breath as a powerful tool to reset the nervous system, release what the body has been holding, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm and resilience.

If you’re feeling unsure, anxious, or even a little scared to begin, I understand because I’ve been there too. And I also know what’s possible on the other side. It would be an honor to share this work with you.
